Meet Florida State soccer player Margo McAuley, from Indiana who seems to have taken very well to the Sunshine State lifestyle.

PERSONAL – Daughter of Chip and Sonnie McAuley…major is communications…working on a minor in business administration…both parents went to Indiana University, while older sister Morgan is currently attending IU…mom was a Hoosier Cheerleader…brother Max is 14…earned President’s List honors Spring 2008 (4.0 GPA)…two-time member of the Dean’s List (Fall 2007, 2008)…ACC Academic Honor Roll (2007-08, 2008-09).
2008 – Saw action in two games in 2008 playing against UCF and on the road in University Park against Connecticut…tallied a season-high in minutes played in the season opener against the Knights…sidelined most of the season with a foot injury.
2007 – Appeared in nine games during her first season at Florida State…registered a season-high 58 minutes of action in the Seminoles’ win over Troy…saw playing time in two league games including an appearance in the ACC Tournament semifinals against Wake Forest…recorded her first career collegiate point assisting on a goal by Annie Stalzer in the 85th minute against Francis Marion…2007 NCAA TOURNAMENT – Tallied valuable minutes in Florida State’s first and second round victories over Kennesaw State and LSU…registered a tournament high 24 minutes against the Owls to open the NCAA Tournament.
