I live in a constant state of dysphoria; half asleep, half awake. Welcome to my lucid dream.
My name is Rhian, pronounced like Ryan but a little more snazzy. I prefer tragic, obsessive love and grandly overwhelming gestures of expression.
We all have our “thing”… writing is mine. I am intrigued by those who inspire me enough to put my thoughts into words.

I am drawn to very fucked up people. Dysfunction, chaos, and clutter make me feel at ease. Perfection, schedules, obligations, and normalcy freak me totally out.
I have an extremely silly, random side to me and am also very dry humoured and sarcastic. I entertain myself by seeing how far I can go. I like shock factors. I like anything controversial. I love surreal art and really anything that appears one way but is totally another.

I like to be intrigued, I like to be inspired. I like to be totally mindfucked. I like to be left wondering why. I am not interested in anything that is easily acquired. I want to be challenged. I want to get caught up in everything yet nothing at all. I like things that are not meant to be understood. I like to be forced to have to interprete. I don’t like how many times I just used the word like, however.
What you see is not what you get with me.

There is alot more than what meets the eye. Knowledge is power. I prefer those that are informed rather than opinionated. I wish more people would close their mouths and instead open their minds. On that note, telling me you are different, just tells me you are the same.
Music is my release. I can just sit and read song lyrics for hours. It is amazing to me how talented some musicians are and how easily they can make all of us relate to eachother with just a few simple lines.
I am overly passionate. I love with all of my heart yet hate with everything in me. I get a little crazy from time to time but I’d like to think of it as my creative genius. Okay, maybe not a “little crazy”, I get full on psychotic.

If I could have any job in the world, I would be a professional gambler. Casinos are my absolute favorite place to be. I have made alot of mistakes in my life and often wish I would’ve done alot of things differently, but I am a firm believer that most mistakes are worth making and most chances are worth taking. Eleanor Roosevelt once said “The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.” I believe in the beauty of mine. We all should.

I am one of those people who would rather beg for forgiveness than ask for permission. I’ve always been somewhat rebellious and have never been one to conform. I don’t think I fit into any one label or stereotype, I try to just be myself with no apologies.

I speak in meataphors. Metaphorically speaking, none of you know me at all.
